Karina Audrey dress

The Friday Review: The Josie dress from Karina Dress

I chose the Josie dress as it is one of the shorter Karina Dresses and, as I’m quite petite, it is quite similar to the styles I would usually go for.

Using the Karina ‘best fit’ guide, I also established that it was a good choice for my ‘triangle’-shaped body.

Whereas the Audrey dress makes me feel really glam, the Josie dress is a bit more playful. It comes just above my knees and has cap sleeves and a round neck.

It’s made from the same lovely, non-crease, material as the Audrey dress and is, of course, handmade in Brooklyn, New York. I think the pretty floral pattern is going to be perfect for summer too.

One of the things I really like about the dress is its versatility. I wore it out for the day during our visit to The Shard, before heading straight out for dinner.

Ready to go from city views to a night on the town

It is really comfortable to wear and I’ll definitely be packing it for my upcoming US roadtrip!
